01Do I need a prescription?
Yes. Every therapy in our Rx catalog requires evaluation by a licensed clinician. You place your order, complete a short medical intake, and a provider reviews it — in some states or cases a 15-minute video visit is required. If a clinician determines a therapy isn’t right for you, it won’t be prescribed.
02How quickly will my treatment arrive?
Clinical review typically takes 1–2 business days. Once prescribed, a licensed pharmacy prepares your order in 2–3 days and ships with 2-day delivery — most patients receive their first shipment within 5–7 days of ordering.
03What does the monthly price include?
Clinician evaluation and prescription (when appropriate), the compounded medication prepared by a state-licensed pharmacy, injection supplies where relevant, discreet 2-day shipping, ongoing access to the clinical team for questions and dose adjustments, and the ability to pause or cancel at any time.
04Is lab work required?
For most therapies, yes. GLP-1 treatments require a lab panel 60–90 days after you start and annually after that; testosterone therapy requires an initial panel. Panels are available at low cost through the platform and drawn at a lab near you, or you can use your own provider and upload results.
05Can I pause or cancel?
Yes. Plans renew every 28 days and you can pause, delay, or cancel at any time from your account. There are no long-term contracts.
